The hotel rooms are clean and modern, located just above the entrance making it convenient to reach. However, there is an additional $7 charge for parking during your stay.
The hotel offers great rooms and shuttle service, with clean accommodations and friendly staff. However, there is an additional parking fee of $7 even for guests. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, and unfortunately, we noticed mold on the shower curtain and dead bugs on the patio door curtain.
The hotel has simple and clean rooms with a convenient shuttle service to access the elevator at the end of the hallway. The service was a mix of extremely rude and unhelpful experiences as well as very friendly and helpful interactions. The location is excellent, easy to reach from the airport and the property is well-maintained. Dining options provided delicious meals. However, there were some shortcomings in the service provided and certain aspects of the location.
The hotel has nice hospitality and friendly staff; however, they charge $7 for parking even for guests. The rooms are clean, but the doorknob is very difficult to turn. On the downside, the meeting rooms are tiny with mold and bugs. The service was helpful and friendly, but they refused to empty our garbage. The location is easily accessible from the airport but could use improvement in common areas. The dining experience was good, offering gluten-free dishes. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, and the shuttle service to the courtyard was a nice touch. However, the extra charge for parking was a bit unexpected.
